Ensconced at Wellesley

Elliot, Lucy, and I have moved to Wellesley College for the next six weeks. Lucy's really taken to the change (hence the onesie - thank you, Sharon!). She has been sleeping like a champ and is now able to purposefully roll over from her belly to her back. The first stab was quite effortful, but once she'd mastered command of her legs to push off, she was able to repeat the trick several times in a row.

Lucy also had a good check-up at the pediatrician on Friday. She's now 14 lbs. 15.5 oz, 26 inches long, and has such a big head that she's off the charts for her age. It's the average size of a seven-month old's head!

Finally, Lucy's been cleared to start eating food. Her nutrition is still going to be coming from milk, but she dabbled with some oatmeal this morning at breakfast. Most of it ended up on her lips and chin, but she thought it was a blast nonetheless.
